The challenge
Property deals in Nigeria often pass through long chains of agents who network over phone calls and group chats. Briefs get lost, listings go stale and nobody can see who is working on what.
Our approach
We designed and built a mobile-first platform around how agents already work: post a brief, match it with listings from the network, and talk in real time — with a website that explains the product and drives downloads.
The outcome
RESA shipped on iOS and Android alongside a responsive website, giving agents one place to find partners, share inventory and move deals forward.
