The challenge
Buying a home in Nigeria usually means navigating opaque lenders, unverified listings and a paper-heavy loan process. Most would-be buyers give up before they ever reach a lender.
Our approach
We mapped the whole journey — from “can I afford this?” to a signed offer — and designed one flow around it: instant pre-qualification, listings that are already approved for financing, and a guided loan application lenders can act on.
The outcome
HSF Direct now lets buyers check eligibility, browse pre-approved properties and apply for financing without the usual back-and-forth, and gives the fund a single pipeline of qualified applicants.
